Production of temporary laminating board

I had a calm day at work today,

I started to work on the temporary board that I had been planning to do for a while (PREVIOUSLY).

I had been planning to do it for a long time.

Temporary laminating boards are used to dry lined paper and rips.

The temporary board is a board those is stretched over the lined paper or tear when it dries.

The state of the paper or saki-stripped board is as shown in the photo below.

This time, to be able to carry them around,

I decided to make a small size temporary stretching board to be able to carry it around,

Today, on top of the bagged up,

Washi was covered with a solid layer.

Washi will be stretched over it again at a later date,

and lacquer coating is applied on top of it.

Traditional temporary upholstery boards are coated with persimmon tannin,

In our mounting store, we use this lacquered temporary upholstery board.

We use this lacquered temporary board in many cases.

This painting process is used to

paper and rips are easier to peel off from the board,

・ paper residue is also reduced.
